SALES & MARKETING

RESPONSIBILITIES/JOB DESCRIPTION :
Manage customer accounts well with professional serving attitude, integrity and knowledge. Responsible to achieve sales target and create new business opportunity. Directly report to a General Manager.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT:

• Has a degree level of S1 in IT and Business School.
• Age no more than 32 years
• Minimum 5 years experiences in IT solution industry with similar position and has significant track records.
• Energetic, good attitude, trustworthy and highly motivated.
• Able to perform account analysis, derive appropriate strategy to match customer needs with the company's product/services solution
• Be able to work independently and as a team member.
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Willing to keep learning and updating self with the latest business needs knowledge and solution needed by customers.

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Experience with Solution Sales Process in IT industry with excellent analytical & communication skills.
• Have strong sense of business urgency with strong customer service focus and willing to take an extra mile to reach target.
• Have excellent communication skills and professional integrity.
• Team player and Independent; proactive and aggressive in selling and competing.
• Preferable have experience and knowledge in some specific industry (e.g. Trading, Service, Manufacturing).
• Preferable have understanding and knowledge ERP Solution products.
• Experience with selling and promoting software products and custom software development will be highly appreciated.
